Eligibility: Open to individuals 18 years and older. Affiliates must agree to these Terms and Conditions to participate.
Enrollment: Complete the affiliate application on our website. Acceptance is at our discretion.
Promotional Activities: Use only approved marketing materials and adhere to our promotional guidelines.
Commission Structure: Detailed information on commission rates, payment thresholds, and bonuses.
Payment Method: Commissions are paid via PayPal. Affiliates are responsible for any PayPal fees.
Tracking and Reporting: Our system tracks referrals. Affiliates have access to a performance dashboard.
Prohibited Activities: Includes spamming, misleading advertising, and intellectual property rights violations.
Indemnification and Relationship: Affiliates, as independent contractors, indemnify Kingdom Trade Group LLC from claims or expenses arising from their actions. They are not employees, partners, joint venturers, or agents of Kingdom Trade Group LLC.
Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms, with notification to affiliates.
Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction: Governed by Florida law, with legal disputes resolved in Hillsborough County, FL, USA.
